Distance sales contract and pre-information form

Last updated 21 October 2026

This page is the pre-information form and the distance sales contract for orders paid on dgfstudios.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Please read it before you pay. When you tick the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read the pre-information form and you accept the contract. We email you a copy after your payment. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

Part A. Pre-information form

A1. Seller

A2. Buyer

The person or business named in the billing details at checkout, reachable at the email address given there.

A3. The service

Short-form video marketing: we make an original short video, translate, voice and caption it, post it on the buyer's accounts and send a daily report. Packages sold at checkout:

The order summary at checkout shows exactly what your order includes, free revisions included.

A4. Price and payment

A5. Delivery

The service is digital and nothing is shipped. We confirm your order and the date of your first video by email. Depending on our team's schedule, a first video can be ready in one or two working days. We start the service at the latest within 30 days of your order, unless we agree a later date with you in writing. Your first video and its translations come as watermarked previews. Once you approve a video, you receive the final files without a watermark and, if your order includes it, we post it on your accounts. Details: Delivery and returns.

A6. Right of withdrawal

A7. Complaints

Contact us first by email, phone or post. Consumers in Türkiye can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) where they live or where they bought the service, within the value limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Applications can be made online through e-Devlet.

Part B. Distance sales contract

1. Parties

The seller named in A1 ("we") and the buyer named in A2 ("you").

2. Subject

This contract sets out the rights and duties of both parties for the service you order and pay for on dgfstudios.com, described in A3, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service, price and payment

As in A3 and A4. The order summary at checkout and our order confirmation email are part of this contract.

4. When the contract starts

The contract is concluded when you accept it at checkout and your card payment is approved. We confirm your order by email and send you this contract.

5. Our duties

We deliver the service as described, on the dates in your order confirmation, with care and in line with our terms of service. We send you the order confirmation and the invoice.

6. Your duties

You give correct billing details. You send the material we need (footage, brand material, access to your accounts) and confirm that you hold the rights to it. You review previews and do not post, share or use watermarked previews. If material arrives late, the dates move by the same amount.

7. Delivery and approval

Your first video and its translations come as watermarked previews, with the free revisions of your pack. When you approve them, or 7 days pass without a refund request, the order counts as accepted. You then receive the final files without a watermark.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

As in A6 and our refund policy.

9. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver the service for any reason, we tell you before the agreed date and refund everything you paid within 14 days.

10. Business buyers

If you buy for your trade or business, Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation do not apply, and neither does the legal right of withdrawal in A6. Our money-back guarantee still applies. Our terms of service govern the order.

11. Other terms

Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply. For consumers, this contract and mandatory consumer law prevail where they differ.

12. Law and disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumers can use the routes in A7. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. For business buyers, the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction.
