Refund policy

This guarantee covers your first order with us: a 1 Day Pack, or a bigger pack such as the Weekly Pack or the Monthly Pack.
Every order starts with the first video and its translations, sent as watermarked previews, with the free revisions of your pack. If you don't love it, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund everything you paid for that order. A short email is enough: no forms, no arguments.
The preview is for review only. It may not be posted, published, shared publicly or used commercially, before or after a refund. If it is, the guarantee no longer applies and the full price is due.
When you approve the first video, or 7 days pass without a refund request, the order counts as accepted. Once it is paid in full, you receive the final files without the watermark and we start posting.
One guarantee per business.

Once you have accepted the first video, with its free revisions, and we go on to make the other videos of the order, the order can no longer be refunded.
Posting schedules and custom packs follow the cancellation terms in their written proposal.
If something we confirmed in your order is missing and we can't fix it within the free revisions, we refund the part concerned.
Monthly plans: cancel before the next billing date and you are not charged for the next month.

To the same payment method, within 14 days of your request. We cover the fees on our side.
