1. Who we are

DGF Studios is a brand of DGF COMMERCE DANIŞMANLIK İTHALAT İHRACAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("DGF Commerce"), Ankara, Türkiye. Full company details are on our About us page. Contact: contact@dgfstudios.com.

2. Orders

Every order is confirmed in writing, by email or in a quote, with the video, the languages, the networks, the price and the dates. Custom packs and schedules start with a written proposal. An order is confirmed when you accept it in writing and pay the first instalment. A 1 Day Pack or a Weekly Pack can also be ordered and paid at checkout on this site; the distance sales contract applies to those orders.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices on this site are in US dollars. At checkout, the price shown is the total you pay, including any taxes that apply. Other prices are before taxes and bank fees. Prices marked "from" are starting prices; your price is the one in your order confirmation or quote.
• 1 Day Pack and Weekly Pack: paid in full by card at checkout, through our payment provider iyzico. The money-back guarantee stays the same (see the refund policy).
• Pack prices apply when the whole pack is ordered and paid as one order. Bigger orders and schedules are priced in a written proposal: the more videos, the lower the price per video.
• Custom projects: 50% when you order, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans and schedules: paid in advance each month.
• Other payments by card or bank transfer, in USD or EUR. We invoice from our company.

4. What you provide

Footage, brand material and access to the accounts we post on. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you send us and that we may use it for your project.

5. Delivery and revisions

Depending on our team's schedule, a first video can be ready in as little as one or two working days; the date is confirmed with your order. Schedules follow the plan agreed upfront, for example one short a day in ten languages for a month. Free revisions come with every pack: 1 with the 1 Day Pack, 3 with the Weekly Pack and 5 with the Monthly Pack; custom packs as agreed. Further changes are quoted separately. If material we need arrives late, the dates move by the same amount.

6. Previews and watermarks

Your first video and its translations are delivered as watermarked previews, and any other video we send for review may be too. Previews are for review only: they may not be posted, published, shared publicly or used commercially. You receive the final files without a watermark once the video is approved and the order is paid in full.

7. Accounts in each language

Each language works best on its own accounts. You create them yourself, once, and give us access: the accounts are registered to you and stay yours. Until they are ready, we send you the finished videos to post yourself, or we hold them and schedule them as soon as your accounts are connected. Growing your accounts (posting, scheduling and daily reports) is included in the price of your videos, at no extra cost.

8. Posting on your accounts

We post on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads through official access only: partner access in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center, channel permissions in YouTube Studio, and our publishing system, which connects to each network through its official API. We never ask for your passwords, and you can remove our access at any time. We follow each platform's rules; decisions a platform makes about reach, limits or account reviews are outside our control.

9. AI voices and tools

We may use AI voices and other AI tools on paid commercial licences. Where a platform requires it, we add its AI disclosure label. Human voice actors are available on request.

10. Rights

Once the order is paid in full and the video approved, you may use the final videos for the agreed purpose worldwide and without a time limit. Watermarked previews give no right of use. Licensed music, fonts and voices are covered for that use under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

11. Results

Views, wishlists and sales depend on many things outside our control, such as the product, the price and the platforms. The numbers on this site are real results from our campaigns, not a promise for yours. We do not guarantee specific numbers.

12. Refunds and cancelling

See our refund policy: the money-back guarantee covers your first order, whatever the pack, and applies to its first video and its translations. Once you accept that video and we go on to the other videos, the order is not refundable. Monthly plans run month to month: cancel before the next billing date and you are not charged again. Work already paid for is still delivered.

13. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Turkish law and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you confirmed your order.
